Workshop: Körper & Stimme (für marginalisierte Menschen)

Der Workshop richtet sich an Menschen, deren Stimmen gesellschaftlich marginalisiert werden: z. B. BIPoC, Queers, trans, nicht-binäre, dicke, arme, chronisch kranke, disabled oder migrantische Menschen.

In diesem Workshop erforschen wir die Verbindung von Stimme und Körper. Mit Übungen aus Stimmbildung, Theater und Gesang entdecken wir, welche Klänge unser Körper erzeugen kann – und was unsere Stimme alles kann. Wir arbeiten an Stimm- und Körperpräsenz, probieren leise und laute Töne, Improvisation und Zusammenspiel – alleine und in der Gruppe.

Gesangsvorkenntnisse brauchst du nicht. Willkommen sind alle, die neugierig auf ihre Stimme sind und sich in einem sicheren Rahmen ausprobieren möchten.

Aïsha ist eine queere, multidisziplinäre Performance-Künstler*in und Facilitatorin in Stimme, Tanz, Theater und Butoh. Sie/They lebt in Leipzig, ist Teil des Kollektivs Polymora inc. sowie TWIKX e.V., leitet Workshops, Retreats und somatische Angebote. Aïsha ist auch im Black Gospel Chor Leipzig aktiv und praktiziert Massage.

Aïshas Arbeit verbindet Körperwissen, Rituale, Sci-Fi und kollektive Intelligenz – mit dem Ziel, magische, hoffnungsvolle Verbindungen zu schaffen.

In this workshop, we explore the connection between voice and body. Using exercises from voice training, theater and singing, we discover what sounds our body can produce – and what our voice can do. We will work on voice and body presence, try out soft and loud sounds, improvisation and interaction – alone and in a group.

You do not need any previous singing experience. Anyone who is curious about their voice and wants to try it out in a safe environment is welcome.

Aïsha is a queer, multidisciplinary performance artist and facilitator in voice, dance, theater and butoh. She/They lives in Leipzig, is part of the collective Polymora inc. and TWIKX e.V., leads workshops, retreats and somatic offerings. Aïsha is also active in the Black Gospel Choir Leipzig and practices massage.

Aïsha’s work combines body knowledge, rituals, sci-fi and collective intelligence – with the aim of creating magical, hopeful connections.
